Brandon Kuchta
Co-Founder & Director
Brandon co-founded Seven Springs to pursue his dream of owning and operating small and mid-sized businesses. As a young kid, he was always interested in solving business problems and wanted to be the key decision-maker in a company. In recent years, Brandon served as CEO of Analytical Technologies Group based in Waterford, CT where his primary responsibilities spanned service management and sales, business development, M&A, and operations. Since then, he has helped lead the acquisition and management of multiple other businesses.
Prior to co-founding Seven Springs, Brandon worked in private equity at The Carlyle Group within the aerospace, defense and government services sector. There, he worked on a general aviation fueling services roll-up, among other deals. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley in their investment banking division, within the natural resources and basic materials group. Brandon studied economics and political science at Yale University and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and playing racquet sports with friends.
Brandon grew up in Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island, New York. In fact, the name “Seven Springs” is the street he lived on for much of his childhood, and references the natural water springs that exist in his hometown.
