Analytical Technologies Group (ATG)
Analytical Technologies Group (ATG) headquartered in Waterford, CT, provides repair, maintenance, and service contracts on laboratory research instruments. ATG specializes in servicing the full suite of General Electric Life Sciences (now Danaher) AKTA™ FPLC systems, Molecular Devices microplate readers, BioTek microplate washers, and other niche laboratory equipment lines. Their North American customer base includes large multinational pharmaceutical companies, cutting edge biotechnology firms, preeminent research universities, U.S. government research institutions, contract research organizations (CROs), and contract development & manufacturing organizations (CDMOs).
Seven Springs Partners acquired ATG in 2017. Brandon and Michael then ran the business for about 4½ years before selling the company in 2021 to a private equity group. Brandon and Michael continue to serve on ATG’s Board of Directors during which ATG closed the acquisition of Bio Sci Solutions, a West Coast-based ATG competitor servicing similar equipment lines. We look forward to ATG’s bright future in this exciting and ground-breaking field.
Boston Laboratory Equipment (BLE)
Boston Laboratory Equipment (BLE) headquartered in Woburn, MA, buys, refurbishes, and resells high quality laboratory equipment across many equipment categories to the biotechnology, research university, and other commercial end markets.
Seven Springs Partners acquired Boston Laboratory Equipment in 2020 and integrated BLE into the Analytical Technologies Group platform. Brandon and Michael continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP)
National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP), based in Sparta, NJ, provides dementia-related training seminars and certifications to a host of individuals and organizations spanning the eldercare end-market. NCCDP has a division called International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (ICCDP), which provides similar training and certification services internationally.
Seven Springs Partners acquired NCCDP in 2023, has professional management running the company, and serves on the Board of Directors.
In 2024, NCCDP acquired Community Training Connection (CTC), a leading provider of administrator and caregiver training & consulting services to assisted living and residential care facilities in California.
The Talcott Center for Child Development (Talcott)
The Talcott Center for Child Development (Talcott), based in Farmington, CT, provides autism and behavioral health services for children including applied behavioral analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Talcott has a comprehensive day program, summer program, and a range of multi-disciplinary autism treatment programs.
Seven Springs Partners acquired Talcott in 2024, has professional management running the company, and serves on the Board of Directors.
