Arya Narasimhan

Arya joined Seven Springs to pursue his passion for business building and entrepreneurship. He believes the best investment outcomes require a people-first philosophy, operational discipline, and having fun along the way. Finding, partnering with and creating opportunities for talented people is his passion, and he joined Seven Springs to do exactly that.

Most recently, Arya was a Principal at Orion Group, a field services holding company backed by Alpine Investors. Orion was created with the purpose to invest in and build multiple long-term services businesses, using permanent capital. As the first investment team hire and a member of the leadership team, he helped scale Orion from under $100 million to $2 billion in revenue across 60+ acquisitions, and built out a 15-person investment team. His strategy centered on identifying high-quality, founder-led businesses with exceptional people and brands who were looking for a partner to respect their legacy while helping them unlock the next phase of growth and opportunities for their people. At Orion, he led two platforms: Leo Facilities Maintenance and SunWorks, serving as the investing lead responsible for M&A, board-level oversight, and driving post-close growth across both platforms. He worked alongside management teams to build operational systems, develop talent pipelines, and execute strategic add-on acquisitions that scaled these businesses while preserving their entrepreneurial culture and founder legacy.

Prior to Orion, Arya worked at One Rock Capital, an operationally-focused, value-oriented private equity firm that focuses on Real Economy sectors. He started his career in investment banking at Nomura, where he worked in the Financial Sponsors group supporting private equity firms across M&A, financing, and corporate carve-outs. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics & Strategy from Washington University's Olin Business School.
